Join a leading global private markets investment manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring robust AML and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) oversight. We’re looking for a Senior CDD/AML Specialist to drive compliance, manage service providers, and support a high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing
⭐ Maintaining and implementing risk-based AML/CDD oversight programs across service providers
⭐ Perform control testing, review processes, and challenge junior team members
⭐ Develop and enhance AML/CDD operations to meet regulatory and governance standards
⭐ Collaborate with client-facing teams, service providers, and regulators to maintain compliance
⭐ Lead and contribute to local and global CDD/AML projects with tight deadlines
What you’ll bring
⭐ 5+ years’ experience in Guernsey private markets/funds, ideally with Nominated Officer or MLRO support experience
⭐ Strong knowledge of GFSC CFC Handbook and Guernsey AML regulations
⭐ Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational practice
