A global leader in the superyacht industry, with a growing presence in Guernsey, is seeking a candidate eager to develop their career in HR and Payroll Administration.
The purpose of this role is to provide the Company and its clients (Owners and Captains) with an efficient service to employ crew in compliance with applicable regulations, process crew payrolls accurately, perform HR related activities e.g. issuing employment agreements and ensuring there will be sufficient money to pay the crew on the due date.

Our ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience, be a self-starter and have good communication skills.
