An opportunity has arisen within a Private Equity Operations team for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join a busy administration function supporting a diverse client base. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including investor communications, complex investment processing, quarterly valuations, company secretarial duties, tax reporting, and financial regulatory submissions. The successful candidate will liaise with internal teams, clients, and third parties to resolve complex queries while ensuring all deliverables and KPIs are met. Applicants should ideally hold or be working towards an accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA preferred) and have a good understanding of UK, US, and Luxembourg GAAP. Familiarity with fund structures and Guernsey’s legal and regulatory environment is advantageous. Strong communication skills, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure are essential.
