The role holder will join a commercial team in a senior underwriting role focused on risk assessment, broker relationships, and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Underwrite new and existing commercial risks within agreed processes and appetite
⭐ Build strong broker relationships to retain and win business
⭐ Assess, negotiate, and convert commercial opportunities
⭐ Refer cases outside authority and manage underwriting decisions
⭐ Support junior team members and contribute to team performance
