Senior CDD Officer

A Senior AML/CDD Officer is required to join a dynamic team overseeing investor due diligence and compliance for Guernsey-based fund operations. This senior role focuses on maintaining a high-standard, risk-based control testing program for AML/CDD service providers, including oversight of screening, transaction monitoring, and CDD file quality. The successful candidate will also develop and implement robust AML/CDD governance and oversight programs, contribute to cross-departmental projects, and ensure that local operations meet Guernsey regulatory standards. A minimum of five years’ Guernsey experience in the funds or private markets industry is required. The role demands excellent knowledge of the GFSC Handbook and a strong ability to interpret regulatory expectations. This position suits a detail-oriented compliance professional with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and critical thinking skills, ideally with experience in control testing or compliance assurance. Reduced working hours / flexible working will be considered.
