A leadership opportunity to join the board of a well-established international captive insurance manager. This role combines executive strategy, client oversight, and people management across a dynamic insurance and reinsurance environment.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support board-level strategic planning and execution in line with global group objectives
⭐ Act as Client Executive for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring excellence in service and compliance
⭐ Oversee business planning, succession planning, and operational efficiency initiatives
⭐ Drive client profitability while ensuring resources and service delivery are balanced
⭐ Maintain strong relationships with internal global stakeholders and third-party service centres
What you’ll need:
⭐ ACA/ACCA qualification (MBA, Dip IoD or equivalent an advantage)
⭐ Post-qualified experience in insurance management, including at board level
⭐ Proven leadership and operational strategy execution experience
⭐ Strong technical understanding of captives, insurance and reinsurance operations
⭐ Knowledge of insurance accounting, tax, legal and regulatory environments
⭐ Confident communicator with experience managing cross-border teams and stakeholders
