Client Service Director - Captive Insurance

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Director to join the Senior Leadership Team, acting as both a leader and Client Executive. This role focuses on driving client service excellence while contributing to company strategy, plans, and budgets. The successful candidate will lead and motivate teams, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold regulatory and legal compliance. You will play a key role in promoting captive insurance and (re)insurance services, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Strong leadership skills and deep technical knowledge of the captive insurance industry, including accounting, taxation, and legal issues, are essential.
