Trainee Claims Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in insurance within a dynamic and supportive Group Risk Claims team.
Fully sponsored training will guide you through the CII qualification programme, starting with the Certificate (around 12 months) and progressing to the Diploma (up to 18 months), paving your way to becoming a fully qualified Claims Assessor. Every day will bring something new—whether you’re speaking with clients and brokers, drafting clear and professional emails, or helping to assess life, critical illness, and income protection claims. You’ll be joining a cohort of trainee assessors, with a strong support network both locally and in Ireland, and will work closely with your Guernsey-based Claims Manager and the wider Underwriting team.
