An experienced and organised Site Manager is required to oversee the delivery of construction projects through the build phase. This role involves managing site operations or specific sections of a project, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction site management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively under pressure. Applicants must hold a valid JSAT and/or CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified, and be willing to obtain First Aid certification if not already held. A recognised qualification in construction is desirable, and a proven track record of operational delivery within the construction industry is essential.
