This role involves the daily administration of fund structures, offering a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in financial services to take on more responsibility. The successful candidate will oversee a range of complex funds and related entities, handling company secretarial matters such as preparing board packs, scheduling meetings, and drafting minutes. They will be responsible for processing payments and investment transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely regulatory filings. A key part of the role includes onboarding new clients, managing bank account openings, and using electronic banking systems. The role also involves completing NAV calculations and mentoring junior team members, while building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent computer literacy, and a good understanding of the local regulatory environment. At least three years of financial services experience is expected, with a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CGI (or studying towards one). Flexible working patterns may be considered.
