Acting as the first point of contact at reception, you’ll deliver a professional front-of-house experience while supporting a range of administrative and facilities tasks. This hands-on role includes coordinating visitors and meetings, managing post and deliveries, maintaining filing and scanning systems, and liaising with service providers to ensure the smooth running of the office.
