An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a growing fund administration team, supporting a diverse portfolio of real estate and private equity clients. This hands-on role covers the full lifecycle of fund administration, from onboarding and closings to investment transactions and wind-ups. You’ll oversee client relationships, act as the first point of contact for complex queries, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include reviewing board packs and minutes, authorising treasury functions, managing regulatory submissions, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Applicants should have at least five years’ fund administration experience, strong technical knowledge of fund structures, and be studying toward or holding a relevant professional qualification such as the CGI Diploma.
