Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled HR & Talent Acquisition professional to join a high-performing global HR team, supporting both corporate and private entities across multiple regions. This varied role focuses on delivering a seamless hiring experience, from coordinating interviews and managing applicant tracking systems to overseeing onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues worldwide, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with global standards. The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience in recruitment coordination and HR, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism. Experience with systems such as Greenhouse or Workday is advantageous, and CIPD Level 5+ is preferred.
