Credit Card Analyst

This role offers the chance to join a dynamic credit card team, reviewing both retail and corporate applications while providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include conducting ID and verification checks, calculating credit limits, and assessing high-risk factors. You will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, investigate disputes, arrange refunds or credits, and help manage direct debits. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organisation abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. While prior experience is not essential, a keen interest in developing knowledge of credit card operations, financial crime, and fraud risk is highly valued.
