An established independent consultancy with offices in Guernsey, Jersey, and Ireland is seeking a Manager to support the Senior Manager in driving business growth in line with strategic goals.
This client-facing role involves managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing work quality, and ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards. The Manager will attend board meetings, prepare and review related documentation, lead bespoke client projects, and develop governance policies. The role requires at least six years’ finance sector experience—ideally in company secretarial, fund administration, or trust administration—plus two years in team management. A relevant professional qualification such as ICSA / CGI or an MSc in Corporate Governance is essential, along with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
