A growing independent consultancy with offices in Guernsey and Jersey is seeking a Corporate Services Assistant Administrator to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a professional approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Duties include attending board and committee meetings with senior staff, preparing minutes and board packs, maintaining statutory records, onboarding clients, drafting incorporation documents, and assisting with periodic governance reviews. A team player with an organised, methodical approach and a “can-do” attitude will thrive in this role. Studying towards or an interest in pursuing relevant qualifications such as ICSA / CGI is advantageous.

Applicants should possess some professional office experience however full technical training will be provided.
