Senior Associate - Financial Services Law, Guernsey

Key Responsibilities • Manage legal matters with a focus on banking and finance transactions. • Provide commercially focused advice to clients in financial services. • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues. • Support business development initiatives and cross-jurisdictional projects. • Meet financial and time-recording targets. The Ideal Candidate Applicants should have at least 5–6 years’ PQE with strong experience in banking and finance. A background in offshore or common law jurisdictions is preferred. The role requires technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and a commercially driven mindset.
