Financial Accountant

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a detail-driven Financial Accountant to join a busy finance team. This pivotal role involves maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing key accounting functions—including billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, inventory, and revenue recognition—and supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. The successful candidate will also manage bank payments, conduct balance sheet reconciliations, assist in audits, and help improve internal processes and controls. A strong grasp of GAAP or IFRS, proficiency in accounting systems such as SAGE, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Candidates should be ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified (or working towards qualification).
