A dynamic IT services company is seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their busy team. In this varied role, you’ll provide key administrative and operational support to the sales and procurement teams across multiple jurisdictions, including Guernsey, Jersey, and Dubai. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, preparing sales quotes, coordinating software renewals and licensing, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll also support inventory control and assist with print services management. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and confident working under pressure. Strong communication skills, IT proficiency (especially with Microsoft 365), and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential. Previous experience in procurement, sales support, or supplier management is desirable.
