With a strong reputation for building long-term Client relationships, they are seeking a STEP/ICSA-qualified professional to join their team. The successful candidate will manage an allocated Client portfolio, support Relationship Officers in South Africa, and oversee a team of Administrators. Strong written and verbal communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing a team handling Trust and Company Administration. • Provide high-level Client service and maintain strong relationships. • Oversee financial transactions, Client reporting, and risk management. • Ensure accurate recording of chargeable time and invoice management. • Attend Client and third-party meetings alongside senior management. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance. • Lead and mentor junior team members. The successful candidate will have: • 7+ years of experience in Trust and Company Administration. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and financial transactions. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Leadership and mentoring experience.
