Manager – Trust & Corporate, Guernsey

A leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client, and Corporate Services is seeking a full-time Manager to join their Trust & Corporate team in Guernsey. The role is central to ensuring excellent client service, team leadership, and operational oversight. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, act as a key contact for intermediaries, and drive compliance, risk, and financial controls within the team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee a team and act as Client Manager across the book. • Maintain high service levels and build client relationships. • Ensure risk management, regulatory compliance, and timely task execution. • Provide technical support and attend client meetings. • Contribute to strategic direction and financial oversight. What You’ll Need: • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the fiduciary sector, including 5+ post-qualification. • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • Qualified or studying towards ACCA, STEP, or ICSA. • Proactive, commercially aware, and confident in managing a team.
