A well-established financial services provider in Guernsey is seeking a skilled Senior Fund and Investment Administrator to join their busy operations team. This permanent role involves supporting a wide range of fund administration and discretionary portfolio services for private clients, companies, and intermediaries. Key Responsibilities • Processing trade orders, payments, bookkeeping, and reconciliations • Conducting client risk reviews and CDD/AML checks • Preparing fund valuations and shareholder transactions • Liaising with custodians, auditors, and regulators • Supporting compliance returns and project work • Overseeing team members and monitoring shared inboxes Skills & Experience • Minimum 5 years’ experience in funds or investments • Strong numerical and communication skills • Proficient in Excel (formulas), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of securities, offshore funds, and settlement processes • Ability to lead, work independently, and meet deadlines
