Client Services Associate

This role involves leading a team of trust administrators, managing high-value client relationships, and coordinating the full spectrum of fiduciary services with support from senior colleagues. The successful candidate will act as a key contact for clients and intermediaries, oversee non-routine transactions, and contribute to client development initiatives. A strong fiduciary background, relevant professional qualifications (e.g. STEP or Governance Institute), and advanced technical understanding of trust structures are essential. This position requires excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, along with a commercial mindset and a willingness to travel.
