In this role, you’ll oversee client communications, respond swiftly to inquiries, and strengthen relationships with fund and institutional clients while identifying opportunities for growth and additional assets under custody. You’ll play a key part in reviewing client revenues and custody business to maintain profitability, while driving service enhancements and competitive offerings. This role calls for a confident communicator skilled in managing high-level client relationships, with a deep understanding of securities markets, hedge funds, alternative investments, and the regulatory framework surrounding custody services.
