This is an exciting opportunity to progress your regulatory career within a well-respected division responsible for delivering risk-based supervision, policy development, and industry engagement across Guernsey’s financial sector. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise a portfolio of licensees, conducting reviews of periodic returns, financial statements, and regulatory submissions. • Maintain and develop constructive relationships with licensees and industry stakeholders. • Plan and conduct on-site visits, including analysis of documentation, identification of key issues, and reporting findings. • Assess applications for licences, registrations, and exemptions in collaboration with the Authorisations and Innovations Division. • Prepare and present cases to internal panels, and communicate outcomes to firms. • Contribute to internal initiatives, training, and cross-divisional projects, ensuring best practice is followed. What You Need: • Experience in insurance, banking, audit, actuarial, or a similar financial services environment. • Strong interest in regulation, financial services, and supervisory frameworks. • Familiarity with risk-based supervision or a clear willingness to develop this knowledge. • Excellent analytical and organisational capabilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines while supporting wider team objectives.
