We’re seeking a skilled Marine HR and Compliance professional to deliver expert support to yacht owners, managers, captains, and crew, ensuring seamless employment and payroll services for seafarers. In this role, you’ll advise on crewing agreements, contracts, performance management, and policy development, while guiding teams through complex HR matters such as grievance, discipline, and capability issues. You’ll lead Crew Supervisors, foster a supportive and inclusive work culture, and represent the organisation at client meetings, industry events, and business trips with professionalism and confidence. With strong knowledge of the Maritime Labour Convention, flag regulations, and classification rules, you’ll use your expertise to implement best practices, manage compliance, and enhance service delivery.
