We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the accounting and reporting functions within the Trust division. The role involves managing accounting records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the wider finance team with budgeting, billing, and debtor control. You’ll also liaise with auditors and contribute to special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of financial reporting, a working knowledge of Guernsey's regulatory environment, and familiarity with accounting systems such as Excel, SAP, Navision, and Adaptive Insights. Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid grasp of accruals, prepayments, and ledger management.
