Client Services Representative, Guernsey

A leading international financial services provider is seeking a Client Services Representative to join its Guernsey-based operations team. This role involves supporting clients and financial advisers with the servicing of Unit-Linked plans. Key Responsibilities • Deliver professional support via phone, email, and video to multi-jurisdictional clients. • Take full ownership of client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Monitor outstanding requests and follow up on required documentation. • Comply with AML, due diligence, and fraud control measures. • Prioritise workloads using workflow systems and support operational projects. • Participate in training to build technical knowledge and product understanding. Skills and Experience • Previous customer service experience within the services sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good standard of English and Maths; confident using Word and Excel. • Highly organised, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
