A well-established international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting, and fund administration services is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their Private Wealth team for around 7 months fixed-term contract (to the end of March/beginning of April). About the Role The successful candidate will join a collaborative administration team supporting an impressive portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients. These structures range across trusts, companies, foundations, protected cell companies, and limited partnerships—covering trading companies, financial investments, private equity, early-stage tech ventures, art, and commercial/residential property assets across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: • Support senior team members in delivering high-quality, timely administration services • Prepare and submit tax returns before the November deadline • Process payments, distributions, fees, and third-party invoices • Assist with periodic compliance reviews of trust structures • Monitor and follow up on action points for completion • Draft fee amendment notices • Prepare and submit annual validations before the January deadline • Complete internal checklists accurately • Maintain client data on NAV One system Skills and Experience • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a trust and company administration environment • Part-qualified or working towards a relevant professional qualification (STEP, CGI, ACCA, ACA) • Strong command of written and spoken English • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting • Proactive and efficient approach to administration • Collaborative team player Benefits of the Role • Work with a respected international firm with global client exposure • Gain hands-on experience managing a varied and high-value portfolio • Supportive team culture with experienced professionals • Opportunity to enhance your technical and regulatory expertise • Attractive remuneration and benefits during the contract period
