The role involves assisting with board and committee meeting preparation, maintaining statutory records and regulatory filings, and ensuring compliance with local laws, particularly in relation to insurance and Protected Cell Companies. Prior experience in a similar company secretarial role—ideally two years or more—is required, along with knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory framework. Familiarity with platforms such as Board Intelligence, the GFSC portal, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
