An excellent opportunity with an international business who offer world-class solutions that focus on private family trust services. This is a 12 month contract position, with the possibility of this being extended.
You’ll take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the closure process—ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements while maintaining excellent client and intermediary relationships. Key responsibilities include managing asset liquidation and liabilities, coordinating with administrators and external advisors, preparing and filing termination documentation, and ensuring all processes are accurately documented. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in fiduciary and trust closure services, strong knowledge of legal and financial processes, and excellent communication skills. A relevant professional qualification (or near completion) is preferred. This is a great opportunity to bring expertise and precision to a high-value area of client services.
