Pet Department Manager

We are seeking a Pet Department Manager to oversee stock management and ordering, ensuring the right products are available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. The role involves analysing sales and stock data, monitoring financial performance, placing orders, and using benchmarking reports to support decision-making while protecting profit margins. While primarily office-based, the position will also involve some time on the shop floor. Full training on systems and processes will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage stock levels efficiently and accurately. Previous experience in stock or data management would be advantageous but is not essential.
