An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist & Personal Assistant to join a professional services team in Guernsey. This role combines a welcoming front-of-house presence with high-level administrative support to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as first point of contact for visitors and callers
⭐ Provide executive support to the leadership team and HR function, including diary management, meeting preparation, and event coordination
⭐ Assist with wider business administration, including travel bookings, courier deliveries, and project support
Requirements:
⭐ Previous administrative experience (minimum 2 years), with reception or customer-facing experience desirable
⭐ Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
⭐ Confident communicator with proven relationship-building skills, problem-solving ability, and good IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
