We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the pivotal role of MLRO & Fiduciary Risk & Compliance Manager. You will oversee the day-to-day operation and development of the compliance function, from conducting periodic reviews and managing monitoring programmes to producing quarterly reports and advising the Board on key compliance matters. Acting as MLRO, you will handle internal suspicion reports, liaise with the FIU when appropriate, and maintain oversight of AML and sanctions processes. The successful candidate will bring at least five years’ compliance or fiduciary experience, hold a professional qualification such as an ICA Diploma. This is a leadership role with direct impact, offering the opportunity to influence best practice across the organisation.
