HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team supporting employees across the UK, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will provide expertise across all areas of HR, from employee relations and performance management to recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. You will play a key role in implementing the people plan, driving talent strategies, and ensuring HR policies and practices are consistent, effective, and legally compliant across jurisdictions. Candidates should have at least five years’ HR experience at a similar level, hold a CIPD qualification, and bring a strong understanding of employment regulations.
