Finance Manager – Capex and Operating Costs

Our client is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to take the lead on Capex and designated Opex lines, driving financial planning, analysis, and control across the business. This pivotal role combines commercial insight with hands-on financial management, partnering with project managers and operational leaders to maximise value, optimise costs, and ensure robust governance. You’ll oversee Capex processes from business cases to post-implementation reviews, while also managing key Opex lines through spend analysis, supplier collaboration, and cost optimisation. The ideal candidate will hold (or be working towards) a professional accounting qualification, bring strong analytical and IT skills, and demonstrate the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, commercial outcomes.
