An exciting opportunity for a people-focused People Advisor to join a dynamic team for 6 months based in Jersey or Guernsey.
This is a pivotal role supporting the full employee lifecycle and contributing to the delivery of the People strategy. The role holder will work closely with the Chief People Officer and People Business Partners to provide expert advice, drive employee engagement, and support the development of a high-performing, values-led culture.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact across the organisation, with occasional travel between islands as required.
Knowledge of generalist HR practices and employment legislation is required as is a minimum of CIPD level 3 or equivalent.
