We’re looking for a proactive IT Administrator to join a busy technology team in Guernsey. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with hands-on IT experience who thrives on problem-solving and delivering excellent support across systems, infrastructure, and service desk operations.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Provide L1 & L2 service desk support across the business
⭐ Maintain IT systems, infrastructure, and security standards
⭐ Assist with vendor management, documentation, and IT projects
Requirements:
⭐ 1+ year in IT support, operations, or engineering
⭐ Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory & Office 365
⭐ Strong problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills
Desirable:
⭐ MCP/MCSA, ITIL or cyber security certification
⭐ Experience with Azure, VMware, SQL Server or Mitel
⭐ Exposure to financial services or regulated industries
