Manager, Risk and Compliance - 12 month FTC

An award winning corporate and private client service provider is looking for an experienced and pro-active candidate to manage the Risk and Compliance function on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The role holder will make a significant contribution to Guernsey team with a primary focus on supporting and further enhancing the strong compliance culture within the business and the support and delivery of AML/CFT/PF compliant records, controls and processes. In addition, the role holder will support Guernsey R&C advisory service that supports all business functions acting as Compliance Officer (CO), Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for the Licensees. Mentoring and training of more junior members of staff will also form part of this role.
