This private bank is looking for a candidate to strengthen the compliance function in the Guernsey office.
You will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing development of the Compliance and Financial Crime risk culture including the regulatory and financial crime frameworks, and systems and controls.
The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission regulations applicable to investment management (desirable) and anti-money laundering (essential) and proven experience of acting as a Money Laundering Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Reporting Officer and/or Compliance Officer.
