Support and implement Managed IT and email security services, delivering outstanding customer experiences across enterprise cloud platforms and technologies.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Implement, support, and decommission Managed IT and email security services
⭐ Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve customer issues
⭐ Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge
⭐ Improve documentation and internal processes
⭐ Participate in out-of-hours support when required
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, EMS, SharePoint, Teams
⭐ Experience with email security platforms (e.g. Mimecast or similar)
⭐ Familiarity with Citrix, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals
⭐ Proven track record in a similar Managed IT role
