Trust Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pension or trust professional to step into a Manager role within a well-established team. In this position, you’ll lead the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of bespoke pension schemes, oversee a team of administrators, and build lasting relationships with a varied client base. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering a high-quality client service, and providing guidance and mentorship to your team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of fiduciary business requirements, hands-on experience in pensions, trust, or company secretarial administration, and proven team management skills. Experience with Guernsey pension schemes, investments, or attending client meetings would be a distinct advantage.
