We’re looking for a People Administrator to join a busy support office, providing essential administrative support to the People and Learning & Development Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a wide range of HR processes. You’ll manage recruitment from advertising roles to shortlisting, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with legislation and GDPR. Beyond recruitment, you’ll support colleague life-cycle processes, including joiner and probation management, inductions, references, and exit interviews. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, methodical approach, with a strong attention to detail, knowledge of local employment legislation is preferable, and CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive HR team.
