Nursery Centre Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate candidate to lead a childcare and early education centre to new heights. In this pivotal role, you’ll create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can thrive while ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance. Key responsibilities include, overseeing daily operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing and delivering an engaging curriculum, managing budgets, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in early years, at least two years’ leadership experience, and a proven ability to balance educational quality with commercial success.
