We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Area Support Director to help elevate standards across multiple childcare centres. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide hands-on leadership and operational support, stepping in where needed to drive improvement, guide teams, and ensure exceptional care and education for every child. You’ll mentor Centre Directors, oversee quality and compliance, support inspections, and help implement key initiatives — all while fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in early years (or higher) and have at least four years’ leadership experience in an early childhood setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader ready to make a real impact across a network of childcare centres.
