Key responsibilities:
⭐ Coordinate job advertising, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes
⭐ Issue offer letters, contracts, and manage employment checks
⭐ Process permit applications, relocation payments, and internal transfers
⭐ Contribute to continuous improvement and HR transformation initiatives
What you’ll need:
⭐ Office administration experience, ideally within HR or recruitment
⭐ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn systems like SAP
