Lead and deliver operational training across multiple locations, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellence at every stage.

Key responsibilities:

⭐ Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, safety, and technical training

⭐ Ensure all training materials meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements

⭐ Work closely with operational leads to identify training gaps and solutions

⭐ Maintain accurate records, produce reports, and update training documentation

What you’ll need:

⭐ Recognised training qualification (e.g. PTLLS or equivalent)

⭐ Experience in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment

⭐ Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

⭐ Willingness to travel across sites, sometimes at short notice
