We’re seeking an experienced Ground Training Manager to join a leading Channel Islands airline, taking ownership of ground operations training across multiple locations. In this key role, you’ll design and deliver engaging, compliant, and effective training programmes covering onboarding, safety, technical, and supervisory skills. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify training needs, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure all operational teams are confident, capable, and fully compliant.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised training qualification (such as PTLLS or a Level 3 Award in Education) and bring proven experience delivering training in a fast-paced or safety-critical environment — aviation experience would be a bonus.
