Support fund governance and deliver high-quality company secretarial services across a portfolio of fund clients, including listed entities, in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Prepare board packs, attend meetings, and draft accurate minutes and action points
⭐ Manage statutory filings, stock exchange announcements, and corporate governance obligations
⭐ Coordinate General Meetings and draft relevant documentation
⭐ Maintain statutory databases and ensure document management is accurate
What you’ll need:
⭐ 5+ years’ experience in a company secretarial or governance role
⭐ Working knowledge of listed funds, corporate governance codes, and local regulations
⭐ Excellent communication and organisational skills
⭐ Studying towards or holding ICSA/STEP (or equivalent)
