A well-established fiduciary services firm is seeking a Trust Administrator to manage a portfolio of clients under the guidance of the team manager. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day administration of trusts and companies, liaise with clients and advisors, and ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies, maintaining accurate records and liaising with clients and third parties. • Prepare trustee and board minutes, issue share certificates, and manage statutory records. • Handle trust distributions, asset transactions, and bookkeeping including reconciliations. • Assist with financial statements, billing, and compliance reviews. • Ensure all due diligence requirements are met in line with internal policies. About You: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the offshore trust industry. • Studying towards or holding a STEP or ICSA Diploma. • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.
